How to Cancel

If you wish to cancel our services, please submit your request in writing via email. All cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed within five (5) business days. Any fees paid for services not yet rendered beyond the cancellation date may qualify for a refund, as outlined in our refund policy.

Cancellation Terms

• Completed Milestones: No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed and delivered.

• Ongoing Milestones: If cancellation occurs during an active milestone, a partial refund of up to 25% of that milestone’s cost may be granted.

• Notice Requirement: Cancellations must comply with the agreed notice period to be considered for a refund.

Pro-Rata Refunds

If you have paid the full project amount in advance, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the service. Refund eligibility is based on the services delivered up to the cancellation date.

Cancellation After Work Begins

In cases where work has already started, you will be charged for the portion of the work completed by the cancellation date. Any excess payment will be refunded accordingly.
